Responsibilities

Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scripts; maintain clear test documentation

Perform functional, regression, integration, and API testing independently

Identify, track, and follow up on bugs (JIRA/ClickUp) until resolved

Translate client requirements and specs into actionable test strategies

Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to safeguard quality

Actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, flagging risks and improvements

Bring a creative, solution-oriented mindset to every challenge

Perform any other relevant duties as assigned by management

Key Requirements

Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile, and QA best practices

Hands-on experience with Postman (API testing) and JMeter (performance testing)

Familiarity with Selenium, Playwright, or test scripting is a plus.

Strong communicator who can explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders

Comfortable working under pressure and flexible with hours when deadlines demand it

Added advantage: experience in client communication and project management

Educational Requirements

BSc in CSE, CSIT, CSC, or equivalent from a reputed institution

Exceptional candidates without the formal degree are welcome to apply

Experience Requirement

Minimum 1+ year of experience in software quality assurance.

Strong verbal and written English communication

Project management experience will be considered an added advantage.

Office Duration & Weekends

9:00 AM to 6:00 PM | Sunday to Thursday

2 Weekends | Friday & Saturday
