Responsibilities
Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, cases, and scripts.
Write clear and structured test documentation.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and API testing types independently.
Identify and track bugs using tools like JIRA or ClickUp.
Analyze results, troubleshoot, and ensure timely fixes.
Understand client requirements and software specifications.
Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure quality.
Follow software testing standards and best practices.
Join Agile/Scrum meetings and give feedback on risks/improvements.
Demonstrate problem-solving creativity with a solution-oriented mindset.
Perform any other relevant duties as assigned by management
Key Requirements
Strong grasp of SDLC, Agile, and QA practices.
Skilled in Postman (API) and JMeter (performance) testing.
Experience with Selenium, Playwright, or scripting is a plus.
Active contributor in Agile teams and planning sessions.
Excellent communication; able to explain tech to non-tech audiences.
Able to handle challenges and perform well under pressure.
Flexible to work beyond regular hours when needed to meet deadlines.
Educational Requirements
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE, CSIT, CSC or Equivalent Degree from reputed institutes.
Educational qualification is not mandatory if the candidate is capable to prove himself/herself
Experience Requirement
Minimum 1+ year of experience in software quality assurance.
Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Project management experience will be considered an added advantage.
