Position Overview
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer who thrives on building, customizing, and scaling powerful software systems. We want someone who loves crafting high-performance applications, enjoys working with modern frameworks and integrations, and takes pride in delivering clean, impactful solutions.
Responsibilities
Develop responsive, high-performance front-end interfaces using React.js, Next.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Build and maintain scalable back-end features using Node.js, PHP & Laravel.
Integrate RESTful APIs and ensure smooth data flow.
Design, develop, and maintain Shopify apps using Shopify REST & GraphQL APIs.
Improve application performance, security, and data flow across the entire stack.
Leverage AI tools and AI agents to automate workflows, improve efficiency, and integrate AI-driven features where applicable.
Troubleshoot issues, debug applications, and deploy updates.
Maintain clear documentation and adhere to best coding practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and integration.
Perform any additional relevant tasks as assigned by management.
Key Requirements
Proficient in Node.js, React.js/Next.js.
Knowledge of AI tools/AI agents and integrating AI features in applications.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to handle complex coding tasks.
Stays updated with Shopify and AI technologies.
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and in a team, even under pressure.
Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in CSE, CSIT, CSC, or a related field from a reputed institution.
Educational qualifications may be relaxed for highly skilled candidates with proven expertise.
Experience Requirement
At least 3 years of professional software development experience,
Strong background in Agile environments, delivering milestones and meeting deadlines.
Solid understanding or hands-on involvement with AI tools, AI agents, or implementing AI-powered features.
Knowledge of Shopify app development (Admin API, Storefront API, OAuth, webhooks, CLI, Polaris, extensions) will be treated as a valuable advantage.
