Apple Gadgets is a leading eCommerce platform in Bangladesh, specializing in premium tech products such as smartphones, smartwatches, earbuds, accessories, and lifestyle gadgets from global brands. Despite strong brand recognition and a loyal customer base, their organic traffic growth had plateaued due to outdated SEO practices and poor technical performance. With rising competition in the tech eCommerce space, they turned to us to revamp their SEO strategy, increase visibility for high-intent commercial keywords, and drive more qualified traffic to their site.

At the beginning of our engagement in August 2023, the website faced several SEO challenges. Key product and category pages were missing optimized metadata and structured content. The site architecture was cluttered, with inefficient crawl paths and duplicate content issues. Important transactional keywords like “buy iPhone 14 Pro Max in Bangladesh” or “Apple AirPods price in BD” were either under-optimized or missing entirely.

In addition, Apple Gadgets’ site suffered from slow mobile performance, rendering issues, and uncompressed media files, all negatively affecting their Core Web Vitals and, consequently, their organic rankings. These problems were holding the site back from capturing traffic from highly motivated shoppers.

This project demanded close collaboration between our SEO team, developers, content writers, and data analysts. We needed to address legacy technical issues, revamp their content strategy, and implement a scalable eCommerce SEO framework to improve product discoverability and conversion rates.

Our biggest challenge was competing against massive regional competitors with established authority, large backlink profiles, and years of SEO investment. We also needed to maintain accurate product listings while optimizing thousands of URLs—all without disrupting the live eCommerce experience or backend systems.

SEO Audit

We began with a comprehensive SEO audit using tools like Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console. The audit revealed technical roadblocks such as bloated URL structures, excessive crawl depth, missing alt text, broken internal links, and inconsistent schema markup. We also uncovered a high volume of thin content on category and product pages, as well as indexing issues with newer product lines.

These insights guided our roadmap for technical fixes, content strategy, and on-page improvements.

The Result

From August to November 2023, Apple Gadgets transformed its online presence through our full-funnel SEO strategy. The site experienced a 128% increase in organic traffic and a 58.8% boost in impressions, leading to a significant spike in conversions and sales.

They now rank on the first page for dozens of transactional and high-intent product keywords like “iPhone price BD” and “Apple Watch Series 9 Bangladesh.” Moreover, multiple pages entered Google’s Local Pack, further increasing local discovery and click-throughs.
