Position Overview
VISER X is looking for a Mid Level Software Engineer who thrives on building, customizing, and scaling powerful software systems. We want someone who loves crafting high-performance applications, enjoys working with modern frameworks and integrations, and takes pride in delivering clean, impactful solutions.
Responsibilities
Develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using Laravel.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and meet project requirements.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
Ensure application performance, responsiveness, security, and quality.
Troubleshoot bugs, optimize applications, and integrate third-party APIs/services.
Integrate third-party services, tools, and RESTful APIs into applications.
Conduct code reviews and perform additional tasks assigned by management.
Key Requirements
Strong proficiency in PHP 7+/8+, OOP, and MVC architecture; familiarity with Golang for backend services.
Experience with MySQL/PostgreSQL, database design, query optimization, caching (Redis), RESTful APIs, and third-party integrations.
Experience with Laravel Blade and familiarity with React/Vue.js for API-driven UI development.
Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, DigitalOcean, Azure), Linux server management, Git workflows, and CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with AI-assisted and agentic development workflows for rapid prototyping and automation.
Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work independently and under pressure.
Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in CSE, CSIT, CSC, or a related field (relaxable for highly skilled candidates).
Experience Requirement
At least 2 years of professional experience in PHP development.
Strong expertise in Laravel (8/9/10+), Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
