Position Overview
We need a Video Editor who can do more than just edit clips. We need someone who can shoot, think creatively, understand brands, and work extraordinarily with raw moments, changing them into polished stories. If you enjoy working fast, experimenting with ideas, and creating content that moves people, you may be the one.
Responsibilities
Shoot and edit high-quality videos for social media, campaigns, corporate projects, events, and more.
Capture videos and photos when needed and maintain a strong visual sense across all content.
Work with our creative team to plan content ideas, storylines, and execution styles.
Understand briefs clearly and suggest creative improvements when necessary.
Edit raw footage into smooth, engaging videos using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.
Add music, graphics, animations, transitions, and anything else that enhances the story.
Maintain proper lighting, sound, and color quality throughout the production.
Manage video files in an organized and efficient system.
Keep yourself updated with modern editing styles, trends, and formats.
Skills Requirements
Basic hands-on experience with professional video editing software.
Understanding of camera handling, lighting basics, and visual storytelling.
Confidence to shoot indoor and outdoor content.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and good communication skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines without losing creativity.
Educational Requirements
We value talent more than degrees.
Proficiency in English is mandatory.
Relevant training or certifications will help, but your portfolio matters more.
Experience Requirement
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in videography and editing.
A portfolio showcasing your best work is mandatory.
Experience in motion graphics will be considered an added advantage.
