Responsibilities
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Present and demonstrate our IT, software development, and digital marketing services to potential clients.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPI.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, sales presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
  • Any other relevant tasks assigned by the management.
  • Key Requirements
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build long-term relationships.
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to engage and persuade clients. Proactive attitude with a results-driven mindset.
  • Experience in lead generation and cold calling.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations and work effectively under pressure.
  • Willingness to work beyond standard office hours when necessary to meet client or project needs.
  • Basic understanding of software and digital marketing solutions.

  • 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  • Sunday to Thursday (Weekly 2 days off)

  • Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing.
  • Educational requirements will be relaxed for highly experienced candidates.
  • Candidates from other educational backgrounds with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
  • Experience Requirement
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in the Business Development Sector.
  • Must have knowledge of the digital marketing industry.
  • Knowledge of the IT/software industry will be considered a plus.
