Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
Present and demonstrate our IT, software development, and digital marketing services to potential clients.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPI.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors.
Prepare and deliver proposals, sales presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
Any other relevant tasks assigned by the management.
Key Requirements
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build long-term relationships.
Excellent presentation skills with the ability to engage and persuade clients. Proactive attitude with a results-driven mindset.
Experience in lead generation and cold calling.
Ability to handle challenging situations and work effectively under pressure.
Willingness to work beyond standard office hours when necessary to meet client or project needs.
Basic understanding of software and digital marketing solutions.

9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Sunday to Thursday (Weekly 2 days off)

Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing.
Educational requirements will be relaxed for highly experienced candidates.
Candidates from other educational backgrounds with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
Experience Requirement
Minimum 2+ years of experience in the Business Development Sector.
Must have knowledge of the digital marketing industry.
Knowledge of the IT/software industry will be considered a plus.
