Key Requirements

Develop and implement marketing and communications campaigns and strategies and monitor their success

Define key performance indicators (KPI) for each communications channel which will indicate a campaign’s level of success

Extraordinary presentation skill in both Bengali and English (Don’t apply if your presentation skill is poor)

Represent the organization at events and press conferences.

Applying jobs at Freelance marketplaces (Upwork, Freelancer, People Per Hour etc) at regular basis to get more clients/projects.

Maintaining good relationship with existing clients, leads and prospects.

Communicating with potential prospects to convert them to clients.

Last but not the least, Generating sales for the company.

9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Sunday to Thursday (Weekly 2 days off)

Educational Requirements

BBA from any reputed university.

Other than BBA but have experience of business development and sales.

Experience Requirement

1+ year prior experience working as a business development executive/manager in any software firm/digital marketing agency in foreign sales.
