Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
Collect, organize, and maintain prospective client information.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
Promote products and services through SMS and email marketing campaigns.
Assist senior team members in preparing proposals and client presentations.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors.
Any other relevant task assigned by the management.
Key Requirements
Strong communication skills with a confident phone presence in both English & Bangla.
Positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
Willingness and ability to learn new technologies.
Ability to work under supervision and willingness to work beyond standard office hours.
Capable of performing effectively under pressure.
Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing.
Candidates with knowledge of IT and digital marketing will be preferred.
Experience Requirement
Minimum 1 year of experience in business development.
Must have excellent English speaking and writing skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office tools is required.

9:00 AM to 6:00 PM | Sunday to Thursday
Weekly 2 Weekends | Friday & Saturday
